Tax season approaches like a dark specter

So all that time I was freelancing?  I didn't really think about it at the time, but I didn't pay any taxes.  Not sure what this is going to mean in the near future, but I'm pretty sure I'm screwed.

Oh, the life of a writer.

You can count on a how-to (or how-not-to?) about freelancing in the near future.  Sometimes I wish I could travel back in time and tell young me some things.  Okay.  So if I could time travel, that's the very last thing I'd be doing.  But you know what I mean.
